Venus Florists sign
Venus Florists was a flower shop on Roncesvalles that recently closed.
I really like old hand painted signs, at least now I have my own version of it.

This was a gift I knit for a friend, made up the pattern as I went and decorated with a silver button. Approx 2” wide.

The pumpkin I carved for Hallowe’en 2007.
I used wood working tools and based it off the inset illustration (from veer.com) and added the trees and the hand in the background.
