Production & Shipping Times
All production times are counted in business days. We’re currently only shipping within Canada and the US, but plan to expand soon!
If you would like something shipped outside of Canada/US, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.
Canadian orders ship with Canada Post Expedited. Orders over $60 include tracking, or tracking upgrades can be purchased separately.
US orders ship with USPS first class mail or priority (depending on package size). Orders over $60 include tracking, or tracking upgrades can be purchased separately. US orders under $800 should not encounter fees or duties. US orders over $800 or orders that are requested express are shipped with DHL. These orders may encounter additional import or duty fees when crossing the border, which are the responsibility of the customer.
